Ultra-Processed People book review

After reading this book by Chris van Tulleken, I wanted to share why I decided to buy and read it, the definition of UPF (ultra-processed food) and my opinion on it, based on my own health and food experience. It is not a detailed review, as I dont want to ruin the enlightening experience of reading it, but I do talk about the aspect of societal pressure and expectations around food, and an approach to being more in tune with your body and being able to make better decisions for yourself based on information and experience. Food and healthy eating is a very complicated topic to talk about, as there are many believe systems around diet, as well as a lot of emotions. This book goes into detail of the health effects of based extensive research and unbiased studies. It is a fantastic source of information surrounding the impact of UPF, which can be hard to grasp, especially when we expect our governments to assure that what is being sold to us as food is actually food and not harmful. This video is not sponsored. I bought the book myself, because I was curious.
