MINDFUL MOVEMENT TO REFRESH

Have you ever experienced those days, or phases in your life where you are just really exhausted and feel like you cannot move away from your sofa?

This happens to a lot of people, whether it is due to stress, a cold, being overworked or just feeling down. I found that just doing yoga then can be really challenging and draining. What does help though is to focus on 3 things: your breath, finding physically ejoyable moments and letting go of as mutch tension in your body as possible.

I put together a 20 min flow that works like a charm to feel more refreshed and calm when you feel like there is not much more you can do.

This flow is also fantastic, if you have had a long, demanding day and you are looking for something to wind down, that puts you into a more calm and relaxed state.
