I attained my B.A. in Art History and Business Administration (Humboldt University, Berlin) and M.A. in Art Business (Sotheby’s Institute of Art, New York). Currently, I am enroled as a PhD candidate at HHU in Düsseldorf.

During my B.A., I co-founded wildpalms, a laboratory gallery now based in Duesseldorf with focus on artists from South and North America, environment, sustainability, social and political topics. I opened my first online store for very special art and artists.

My conscious practice of yoga, mindfulness, movement and healing came to at 15 y.o.. By the age of 18, I suffered of chronic pain and systemic inflammation due to an autoimmune disease. One of my approaches to regain my health and mobility was practicing - on a daily basis - yoga with a mindful movement approach. Key being the focus on movement and relaxation response. I attained 800hr+ of Strala yoga teacher and advanced leadership training.

Further, I am certified in Functional Anatomy and Physiology from the TU Munich.

Additionally, I expanded my movement practice through further trainings, such as Barre, Meditation and Surfing, but also through my special work with private clients and my experience with my own health journey.
